Im not sure all of my video came through but just would like to express our deepest sympathy to the family of Rick. He was a wonderful man who loved sports and contributed so much of his time for young people to enjoy! Everybody at North High loved him! Tim McNamee and family (former head basketball coach at North Hagerstown High)
